PDC bits use PDCs as main cutting components, with the excellent wear-ability and impact toughness of the PDC. Our PDC cutter has a long useful life, high-efficiency, and good cost performance. It is mainly used for drilling soft and medium rock, and it must work under low drilling pressure, mid-low speed and big drainage.
1. It has a super long life. The grinding/consumption ratio of PDC is 20-40 time higher than that of alloy bit and 10 times higher than that of diamond bit.
